Scientific and technical revolutions as well as industrial reform bring great opportunities for development of high speed railway. And enormous challenges are posed by increasing scale of fleets in service, growing demand for passenger transport and future sustainable development. The National Innovation Center of High Speed Train focus on Research and Innovation in the field of modern rail transit, which will be carried out in directions such as materials and structures, intelligent equipment, integrated application of rail transit system with new energy, multiply modes of guided transport systems, health management for operation, maintenance and system equipment. We will strengthen basic research for application, make breakthroughs in key generic technologies, and carry out engineering applications.
